July 15 – 19     9:00-2:30 Monday-Thursday and 9:00-12:00 Friday

Students will use Arduino components and software to design and build their own creations. The possibilities are endless with the variety of sensors, output devices and a circuit board in the middle. The class will include basic instruction on building and programming using Arduino but after that it is up to the student and their imagination!

Students will:

  • Learn to connect electronic sensors, motors, and devices to the arduino.
  • Learn to control electronics connected to the arduino through the arduino programming language, provided prior written coding experience.
  • Use learned skills to create a electronic device controlled via an arduino microcontroller

Level: Grade 6 and above, preferably with some computer experience or good math/science skills

Cost: $125 for the week-long summer camp – scholarships are available (lunch included)
