Are you a fan of Legos and robotics? Become a robot engineer as you design, build and test a rover using LEGO Mindstorm’s EV3 software and technology. Use drag and drop programming to create a robot that can complete challenges such as climbing a ramp, traversing a maze, and even battling other robots! Come and join the fun!
In building a Robot of the Round Table:
Level: Grade 4 and above, preferably with some computer experience or good math/science skills. Grade 5 and above with previous robotics experience.
Cost: $80 for 8 classes – scholarships are available (snacks included)
Registration can also be done in person at the Stevensville Public Schools district office (in the high school building) or by phone/email:
Payment can be made online or by check made out to Coding for Kids and sent to the district office at 300 Park Ave, Stevensville, MT 59870.
The spot will be held for 5 days post registration while waiting for payment – after that the seat will be reopened for other students.
