Students will learn about the historical uses of basic video editing techniques(cuts, pans, zooms, etc.) and also more complex editing techniques(green screens, rotoscoping, etc.) and also learn how to create these effects in raw footage. Students will then use these new found skills to produce a short 30 second or less film with a targeted audience and message.
Level: Grade 6 and above with some computer experience
Cost: $80 for 8 classes – scholarships are available (snacks included)

Payment can be made online or by check made out to Coding for Kids and delivered to the district office at 300 Park Ave, Stevensville, MT 59870.
The spot will be held for 5 days post registration while waiting for payment – after that the seat will be reopened for other students.
